Canadian Electrical Code Change: CEC Part I now allows
line-to-neutral loads to be served from resistance-grounded systems under certain provisions given in 10-1102.
Functions:
Protection for 208/120-Vac portable and stationary systems
Limits ground-fault current to 100mA
Detects ground faults on energized and de-energized systems
